This 16-hour program is ideal for the blaster applicant or licensed blaster who requires this certification
to satisfy the requirement for 16 hours of training, at a minimum, to complete
the New York State Blaster Application (Application for a Blaster's Certificate of Competence).
This program is extensive, practical, and current. A comprehensive
and interactive online examination is also
conducted. A 16-hour Certificate of Training is available upon
successful completion of the course, and is issued in accordance with
State of New York.
