a USD $100 non-refundable application fee is now required.
This application fee* covers screening and processing costs associated with each applicant.
Once payment is received and processed, an EXPLOSIVES ACADEMY (TM) application
will be forwarded by email within three business days.

* A five percent convenience fee covers the cost of our services as well as the fees charged by the credit card companies. EXPLOSIVES ACADEMY has decided to require those who make payments using a credit card to cover the cost of this service rather than adding the cost to our programs.
